At point of sale, we will require you to enter in your credit card number, cvv number, expiry date and your full name on your credit card. This information will be transmitted via encrypted SSL (secure socket layer) session between your computer and our billing merchant, using current industry standards.
Touch Down Group does not store your credit card information on file, this information is held securely at Virtual Card Services our billing merchant. Virtual Card Services complies with PCI-DSS security standard for the retention of credit card and billing information.

Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted.  The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and the merchant that nobody can impersonate Virtual Card Services to obtain confidential information.
Virtual Card Services will then store your nominated billing method using PCI-DSS security standards. Storing card details against a token which identifies your account.
Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards.  Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions.  Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
The merchant does not have access to credit details.
Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
Virtual Card Services is 3DSecure compliant and PC-DSS certified.

If your transaction is for a once off purchase such as point transaction, we will use your nominated billing method and charge your account.

1.Detailed description of goods and/or services

Tshukudu Game Lodge is a business in the Hospitality industry that provides accommodation. .

2.Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1days and delivery confirmed by way e-mail      (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)

3.Export restriction (Optional)

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4.Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Tshukudu Game Lodge is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Tshukudu Game Lodge will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0 % administration fee.

5.Customer Privacy policy

Tshukudu Game Lodge shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6.Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Tshukudu Game Lodge bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

7.Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Tshukudu Game Lodge via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8.Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Tshukudu Game Lodge separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9.Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10.Responsibility

Tshukudu Game Lodge takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11.Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Tshukudu Game Lodge chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,  Block C, 23 Morris Street East, Woodmead, 2191                                                              12.Variation

Tshukudu Game Lodge may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Modifications

• Modifications will be allowed on fully paid reservation up to 6 weeks prior to occupation with no forfeiture.

Cancellations

• 50% will be forfeited if cancelled 6 – 8 weeks prior to occupation.

• 100% will be forfeited if cancelled 0 – 6 weeks prior to occupation.

Payment Terms

Provisional Bookings

All provisional bookings are cancelled after 48 hours if no payment has been received.

Bookings made with more than 2 weeks to occupation

50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking being made and the balance 7 days after day of booking.

Instant Time Bookings – Bookings made within 2 weeks to occupation

100% payment is required on day of booking by credit card to secure accommodation.
