My love for nature began at a very young age, and I bring over 31 years of guiding experience to Tshukudu. I trained at Ekukhanyeni Training College near Nelspruit and hold an NQF Level 2 qualification.

My favourite animal is the giraffe, elegant and majestic, with a unique way of walking like a camel and running with the grace of a horse.

One of my most intense experiences occurred during a morning drive, when I unknowingly approached three lionesses protecting newborn cubs. Surrounded and faced with a charge, I stood my ground for two tense hours as the lionesses relocated their young. It was a powerful reminder of the wild’s respect and unpredictability.

Conservation is a fundamental part of life. Nature provides the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the balance we need to survive.
