Safari Guide | Lowveld Region, Limpopo
I have over 20 years of guiding experience in the Lowveld region of Limpopo. My journey began as a tracker from 2002 to 2005, working alongside many guides, which inspired me to pursue a full-time career as a field guide. In 2005, I completed my training at Entabeni Nature Guide Training under the leadership of Lee Gutteridge. I hold an NQF2 (FGASA Level 1) qualification.
The impala is my favourite animal, admired for its social bonds, graceful nature, and peaceful existence within the bush. I also have a deep appreciation for the woodland kingfisher, a colourful seasonal bird whose vibrant appearance and loud, distinctive call announce the arrival of summer.
One of my most unforgettable experiences was witnessing a lioness teaching her cubs to hunt — a raw and powerful moment that stays with me to this day.
Conservation is deeply important to me, providing not just a livelihood, but life itself, from oxygen to food, water, and medicine. It is our responsibility to protect nature for generations to come.
