The Newbie

Tshukudu is not just another African name for a Rhino, in my opinion it is a way of life-something like hakuna matata. After being employed at Tshukudu Game Lodge in November 2010 I never imagined that I (a real city girl) could become a real bundu-bashing-bush baby! Here at Tshukudu we are like family which I believe is portrayed to our guests and sets a warm and pleasant atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We pride ourselves by not only providing accommodation but ensuring our guests have a truly memorable and unique experience.

Tshukudu Game Lodge offers something special that is not easily found in other lodges, it has an abundance of heritage and is rich in culture and diversity. Here we share colourful stories of how the reserve was founded and the wonderful experiences that family and staff alike have shared.

All of guests enjoy our breath-taking animals and lush surroundings; we sincerely hope that this year we will be seeing more of all of you where new memories will be made... with new adventures and new stories to be told...
